All reservations, enquiries, or cancellations must be made via our official channels (Email / WhatsApp).
A booking is only confirmed upon full payment of the reservation fee and issuance of a Booking Confirmation Email.
If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
All bookings are subject to availability and on a first-paid, first-served basis.
The remaining balance (utilities & advance rental) must be paid on or before the move-in date.
The person named in the booking must be the actual occupant. Valid ID (NRIC/Passport) is required upon move-in.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation must be made within 24 hours from the time of payment. A RM50 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Cancellations made on or after the move-in date will result in forfeiture of all payments made (including deposit, utilities and advance rental).
Failure to check in on the move-in date (No-Show) will be treated as a cancellation and all payments will be forfeited.
GENERAL
By making payment, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
A full Tenancy Agreement will be provided upon move-in.
Any applicable transaction or payment processing fees charged by the payment platform/gateway shall be borne by the tenant and may be charged together with booking or rental payments.
