RESERVATIONS
  • All room reservations, enquiries, or cancellations please contact at [email protected].
  • Payment for reservation must be made at the time of booking and the balance deposit to be paid latest by on moving day. Please note that your booking is only valid if you receive a valid reference number sent to your email address by Tedoh. If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation number in 24 hours, please contact us at +6011-5991 0586 or email [email protected].
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • When you first book with us, you will be required to provide which will form part of your registration. We will bill you, your name and all payments for bookings made by.
  • Once your booking has been completed, a reference number will be issued. You should present this reference number upon move-in at the room, together with proof of your identity (NRIC/Passport). The person named in the booking must be the person that will actually be staying, failing which, Tedoh reserves its absolute rights to cancel the room or it shall request the person named in the booking to be present during the move-in.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
  • Any cancellation of your booking MUST be done/made within 24 hours. A cancellation Fee of RM50 will be charged.
  • Any cancellation of your booking after 24 hours of payment will result in the forfeiture of the earnest deposit. Additionally, if you cancel after the move-in date, both the earnest booking payment and any remaining balance of the booking payment (including advance rental and utilities) will be forfeited.
